  HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67221-1-Ig (SLC31A1 antibody) at dilution of 1:20000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human SLC31A1 (67221-1-Ig, Clone:1A4H5) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Geprüfte Anwendungen

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: HepG2-Zellen, HeLa-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Leberkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF: humanes Leberkarzinomgewebe
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in FC: HeLa-Zellen

• Durchflusszytometrie (FC): FC : 0.40 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension
