  WB analysis using 14555-1-AP

  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14555-1-AP (Alpha Tubulin antibody) at dilution of 1:40000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of mouse cerebellum using 14555-1-AP

  mouse cerebellum tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14555-1-AP (alpha Tubulin antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of mouse testis using 14555-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue slide using 14555-1-AP (Alpha Tubulin antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using Alpha Tubulin antibody (14555-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR002).
