  IHC staining of human gliomas using 19778-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human gliomas tissue slide using 19778-1-AP (ADRA2B-Specific antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  FC experiment of HEK-293 using 19778-1-AP

  1x10^6 HEK-293 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug ADRA2B-Specific Polyclonal antibody (19778-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Applications testées

• Résultats positifs en IHC: tissu de gliome humain, ; il est suggéré de démasquer l'antigène avec un tampon de TE buffer pH 9.0; (*) À défaut, 'le démasquage de l'antigène peut être 'effectué avec un tampon citrate pH 6,0.

ADRA2B, also named as ADRA2L1 and ADRA2RL1, belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family. ADRA2B mediates the catecholamine-induced inhibition of adenylate cyclase through the action of G proteins. The antibody is specific to ADRA2B.
