  HepG2, L02 and NIC-H1299 cell lysates were measured. The human AGXT concentration of detected samples was determined to be 95.31 ng/mL (based on a 1.2 mg/mL extract load) in HepG2 cell lysate, 14.94 ng/mL (based on a 2.6 mg/mL extract load) in L02 cell lysate and 11.79 ng/mL (based on a 1.2 mg/mL extract load) in NIC-H1299 cell lysate.
