  Flow cytometric analysis of human PBMCs using Biotin anti-human CD3 and CoraLite®Plus 405-conjugated Streptavidin: human PBMCs were stained with Biotin CD8 Recombinant Antibody (Cat.No. Biotin-65559, Clone: UCHT4), washed with PBS, and stained with CoraLite®Plus 405-conjugated Streptavidin (Cat.No. PF00028) and analyzed by flow cytometry.

The CoraLite®Plus 405-conjugated Streptavidin (Cat.No.PF00028) is in solution and quality controlled by flow cytometry. The recommended amount for flow cytometry staining is 0.025 ug/test. Be sure to optimize the concentration for each experiment to ensure optimal staining.
