• 

  WB analysis using 27240-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27240-1-AP (INPP5F antibody) at dilution of 1:6000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IP experiment of MCF-7 using 27240-1-AP

  MCF-7 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27240-1-AP (INPP5F antibody) at dilution of 1:500.
