  WB analysis of mouse lung using 13449-1-AP

  mouse lung tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13449-1-AP (PDGFRB antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  FC experiment of A549 using 13449-1-AP

  1X10^6 A549 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human PDGFR beta (13449-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.4 ug Isotype Control. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

• Positive IHC detected in: human placenta tissue; Note: suggested antigen retrieval with TE buffer pH 9.0; (*) Alternatively, antigen retrieval may be performed with citrate buffer pH 6.0

Recommended dilution

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:500-1:2000
• Immunohistochemistry (IHC): IHC : 1:2000-1:8000
• Flow Cytometry (FC): FC : 0.40 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
