The Referral Process 

  1. Complete the online referral form below.

  2. Your friend will receive an email with a unique discount code for 20% off their first order.

  3. Once your friend redeems their unique discount code, you will receive your discount code for 30% off your next purchase. Your friend will need to make a purchase with their code for the referral to be valid.

To be eligible to refer a colleague you must be an existing Proteintech customer and have placed an order in the past 12 months.

 Terms and conditions

  • The referral program is only available in the US & Canada.
  • In order to be eligible for the referral program, the sender of the referral must be an existing Proteintech customer and have placed a paid order in the past 12 months.
  • The receiver of the referral must be a new Proteintech customer in a different working group/lab to the sender that has not previously purchased from Proteintech or received a free sample.
  • Each verified referral must be to a new receiver. You cannot refer the same friend more than once.
  • Discounts are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable or refundable.
  • Proteintech reserves the right to disqualify any referrals where it cannot be verified that the referral is genuine. Verification will be completed at Proteintech’s discretion but may require confirmation from university/company that the receiving party is 1. is regularly ordering antibodies, ELISA kits or proteins and 2. is a different working group to the sending party.
  • Proteintech may modify, update or discontinue the referral program, in whole or in part, with or without notice, and will not be liable to you or your friends in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the program.
  • By referring a friend to Proteintech, customers are representing that they are not prohibited by their institution or employment contracts, or any other obligation, from accepting discounts for information submitted.
  • The sending party must be an individual who has used Proteintech products. Distributors of Proteintech products and employees in purchasing departments are not eligible for this promotion.
  • Proteintech reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and to refuse referral submissions, without prior notice.
  • There is no maximum to the number of new customers you can refer.
  • Any discount offered as part of a referral can only be redeemed on single orders up to a value of $5,000. Therefore the maximum discount given is $1,500.
  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 
  • Customer referral discounts exclude all ChromoTek products.
