Recombinant human IFN gamma (HZ-1301) dose-dependently inhibits proliferation of the HT-29 human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line. Cell number was quantitatively assessed by PrestoBlue® cell viability reagent. HT-29 cells were treated with increasing concentrations of recombinant IFN gamma for 72 hours. The EC50 was determined using a 4-parameter non-linear regression model.The EC50 range is 0.02-0.14 ng/mL.
