Non-treated HT-29 and TNF alpha (HZ-1014) treated HT-29 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28252-1-AP (Phospho-RIPK1 (Ser166) antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at 4℃ overnight. The membrane was stripped and re-blotted with GAPDH antibody as loading control.
Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 29932-1-AP (RIPK1 antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
