Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13395-1-AP (CD86 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed raji cells using CD86 antibody (13395-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

1X10^6 Raji cells were stained with 0.2ug CD86 antibody (13395-1-AP, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1000.

1X10^6 LPS treated mouse splenocytes were surface stained with 0.125 ug FITC Plus Anti-Mouse CD86 (FITC-65068, Clone: GL1) (red) or 0.125 ug FITC-rat IgG2a isotype control. Cells were not fixed.

1X10^6 untreated (dashed lines) or LPS-treated (red) mouse splenocytes were surface stained with 0.125 ug APC Anti-Mouse CD86 (APC-65068, Clone: GL1), or 0.125 ug isotype control (blue). Cells were not fixed.

1X10^6 LPS-stimulated (3 days) C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes were surface stained with 0.13 ug PE Anti-Mouse CD86 (PE-65068, Clone:GL1) (red) or 0.13 ug PE-rat IgG2a isotype control (black). Cells were not fixed.

1X10^6 human PBMCs were surface co-stained with FITC Anti-Human CD14 and 5 ul APC Anti-Human CD86 (APC-65165, Clone:BU63) or unstained. Cells were not fixed. Monocytes were gated.

1X10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 5 ul Atlantic Blue™ Anti-Human CD86 (AB-65165, Clone:BU63). Cells were not fixed. Monocytes were gated.
