PFA-fixed HeLa cells were stained with anti-Actin labeled with FlexAble CoraLite® Plus 405 Kit (KFA046, cyan) and Sytox Deep Red (cell nuclei, magenta). Epifluorescence images were acquired with a 20x objective and post-processed.
