Cell cytoskeleton, membrane and organelle architecture has been primarily studied using 2D and 3D cell culture systems. We utilize mouse kidney as a model system to explore these structures in vivo, using kidney sections combined with multiplex protein immunofluorescence labeling and RNA scope techniques.
