  WB analysis of rat testis using 85199-1-RR (same clone as 85199-1-PBS)

  rat testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85199-1-RR (ACSBG2 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85199-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 85199-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 85199-1-RR against Human ACSBG2 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.
