  WB analysis of Jurkat using 15665-1-AP (same clone as 15665-1-PBS)

  Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15665-1-AP (ARHGAP9 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 15665-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20℃ Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using 15665-1-AP (ARHGAP9 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 15665-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

ARHGAP9 belongs to RHO family of small GTPases, which inactivate RHO GTPases by stimulating their intrinsic GTPase activity. Several ARHGAP9 transcript isoforms were reported: including calculated mass of 81-83 kDa, 71 kDa and 61-63 kDa.
