  WB analysis using 26229-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 26229-1-AP (DNAJC25 antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Background Information

DnaJ heat shock protein family (Hsp40) member C25 (DNAJC25), which belongs to the HSP40 subfamily C, is localized to the cytoplasm. DNAJC25 had a markedly high expression level in liver tissues and was significantly downregulated in liver cancer tissues compared with the adjacent normal tissues (PMID: 23205125).
