Background Information

EPHB4 (Ephrin type-B receptor 4) is a member of the Eph receptor tyrosine kinase family, the largest group of receptor tyrosine kinases. It binds ephrin-B ligands to regulate embryonic vascular development, lymphangiogenesis, and adult angiogenesis.
