  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse skin tissue slide using RMX00019 (GSK3B antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of MCF-7 using RMX00019

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed MCF-7 cells using GSK3B antibody (RMX00019) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).

Background Information

Glycogen synthase kinase-3 (GSK3) is a proline-directed serine-threonine kinase that was initially identified as a phosphorylating and inactivating glycogen synthase.GSK3B is involved in energy metabolism, neuronal cell development, and body pattern formation.In skeletal muscle, it contributes to INS regulation of glycogen synthesis by phosphorylating and inhibiting GYS1 activity and hence glycogen synthesis.
