Background
Stanniocalcin-1(STC1) is a hormone-like glycoprotein that has been shown to regulate calcium and phosphorus homeostasis.Tumorous STC1 could interact with Calreticulin (CRT) to trap CRT in mitochondria area, and then reduces membrane CRT.
