Both reviewers used this antibody for Western blot. One reported excellent performance on brain tissue at 1:1000 overnight, with clear bands visible after just 5 seconds of exposure. The other tested it on mouse cortex at 1:800 and noted some background but a correct signal; in human primary fibroblasts, background was lower and the expected 130 kDa band was absent. This reviewer suggested 1:1500 may be sufficient. Overall, the antibody delivers specific signal, though some users may need to optimize dilution to reduce background in tissue samples.
