  WB analysis using 17824-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17824-1-AP (RAB1B antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of HAP1 using 17824-1-AP

  HAP1 (WT and RAB1A and RAB1B KO) lysates prepared with RIPA buffer, 30 μg of protein loaded. 17824-1-AP incubated at 1:500 at 4°C overnight in 5% milk in TBST.
