  FC experiment of human PBMCs using APC-65184

  1X10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 5 ul APC Anti-Human STRO-1 (APC-65184, Clone:STRO-1) or Mouse IgM Isotype Control. Cells were not fixed. CD45 dim, CD34 positive lymphocytes were gated.
