    WB analysis using 20693-1-AP (same clone as 20693-1-PBS)

    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20693-1-AP (TNFAIP8L3 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 20693-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

TNFAIP8L3 (tumor necrosis factor alpha-induced protein 8-like protein 3), also known as TIPE3, is a member of the TNFAIP8 family which also include TNFAIP8 (TIPE), TNFAIP8L1 (TIPE1) and TNFAIP8L2 (TIPE2) (PMID: 18455983; 21924498). TNFAIP8L3 is a transfer protein for phosphoinositide second messengers. It is markedly upregulated in human cancer cells and may represent a therapeutic target for treating malignant diseases (PMID: 25242044). This antibody is specific to TNFAIP8L3.
