FC experiment of human PBMCs using anti-CD8 antibody

1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.1 ug Anti-Human CD8 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (65510-1-RR, Clone:UCHT4) (left) and CoraLite®647-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000, or 0.1 ug Anti-Human CD8 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (right) and CoraLite®647-Conjugated AffiniPure Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000. Cells were then stained with CL488 Anti-Human CD3. Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated.

De novo recombinant clones optimized for flow cytometry

Proteintech recombinant antibody clones are carefully selected after multiple rounds of validation in applications such as ELISA, flow cytometry, WB, and IHC. Recombinant antibodies for flow cytometry are validated with both fixed and unfixed staining (if applicable) to find the clone with the best signal intensity and lowest background.

Proteintech Recombinant Antibodies for Flow Cytometry have similar or superior performance compared to gold-standard clones.

FC experiment of human PBMCs using anti-CD226 antibody

1X10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.2 ug Anti-Human CD226 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98002-1-RR, Clone:41A3) (left) and CoraLite®647-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000; or 0.2 ug Anti-Human CD226 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (Clone:11A8) (center) or 0.2 ug Anti-Human CD226 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (Clone:DX11) (right) and CoraLite®647-Conjugated AffiniPure Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000. Cells were then stained with CL488 Anti-Human CD3. Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated.
