How do I know if the product is available in stock?

How are the products packaged?

Our packaging materials have been validated to be able to last for 72 hours in dry ice and 96 hours in gel pack. Please refer to the documents for more information.

How to place an order?
  • You can choose to create an online quotation and/or order online.
  • Alternatively, you can email to singapore@ptglab.com for quotation and purchase.
What information is required to place an order?
  • Product catalog number, quantity and size
  • Personal details (i.e. Name, contact number and email)
  • Delivery and Billing address

For customers outside Singapore, the below fields are required:

  • VAT/FEIN (tax) number (under Payment Information)
  • FedEx account (indicate under additional instructions)
How do I know if my order has been received by Proteintech?

You will be receiving an email from us once we have processed the order. You will also be notified on the stock availability and estimated lead time for each order.

If you have not heard from us one business day after order has been placed, please email to singapore@ptglab.com for confirmation.

How do I cancel an order?

Please email to singapore@ptglab.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Order cancellation is not allowed once shipment is arranged.
