Background Information
GSK3A/B belongs to the protein kinase superfamily, CMGC Ser/Thr protein kinase family and GSK-3 subfamily. It participates in the Wnt signaling pathway. GSK3A/B implicated in the hormonal control of several regulatory proteins including glycogen synthase, MYB and the transcription factor JUN. The antibody can recognize GSK3B with phos-Y(216). It may also recognize GSK3A with phos-Y(279).
