Key Responsibilities:

• Selection and screening of antibody fragments using phage display
• Standard techniques of protein biochemistry and immunology, e.g. ELISA, SDS-PAGE, Western blotting
• Simple cell biological work, e.g. passaging of cell lines, cryopreservation
• Molecular biological work techniques, e.g. cloning, PCR
• Careful evaluation and documentation of results
• Presentation of data in an internal context

Requirements: 

• Completed vocational training as a technical assistant (m/f/d) or laboratory technician (m/f/d) in the fields of biology, chemistry, medicine or pharmacy or completed master's degree (biology)
• Solid knowledge in the areas of molecular biology, immunology and cell biology
• Good technical understanding of the laboratory infrastructure
• Experience with high-throughput screening methods desirable
• High level of organizational talent and reliability
• Good communication skills
• IT skills (MS Office, DNA analysis software, GraphPad Prism)
