About the ELISA workshop
This practical ELISA workshop is designed for students and early career researchers, who want to learn about the full sandwich ELISA workflow to enhance their technical expertise and connect with fellow professionals in a collaborative environment.
Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is a laboratory technique used to detect and quantify specific proteins, peptides, antibodies, or other analytes in a biological sample. It can be used to measure concentration, assess relative expression levels, monitor up- or downregulation, and evaluate biomarker presence in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, or tissue lysates.
