  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed MCF-7 cells using CACNB3 antibody (84762-4-RR, Clone: 242088E4 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84762-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of SKOV-3 using 84762-4-RR (same clone as 84762-4-PBS)

  1x10^6 SKOV-3 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug CACNB3 Recombinant antibody (84762-4-RR, Clone:242088E4) and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 647-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR005)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84762-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84762-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84762-4-RR against Human CACNB3 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.191 nM.
