  IF Staining of HeLa using 83107-1-RR (same clone as 83107-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using CDT2 antibody (83107-1-RR, Clone: 230144C9 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83107-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 83107-1-RR (same clone as 83107-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug CDT2 Recombinant antibody (83107-1-RR, Clone:230144C9) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83107-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

CDT2, also named as L2DTL or RAMP, is one of the substrate receptors of the Cullin Ring Ubiquitin Ligase 4 that targets for ubiquitin mediated degradation a number of substrates, such as CDT1, p21 and CHK1, involved in the regulation of cell cycle and survival. CDT2 overexpression was reported in breast (PMID: 18542055), gastric (PMID: 19672268) and ovarian carcinomas (PMID: 23995842) and rhabdomyosarcomas (PMID: 19235922) and associated with the aggressiveness of hepatocellular carcinomas (PMID: 17106265).
