  WB analysis of A549 using 68405-1-Ig (same clone as 68405-1-PBS)

  A549 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68405-1-Ig (GATC antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68405-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HEK-293 cells using GATC antibody (68405-1-Ig, Clone: 2F9C8 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68405-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HEK-293 using 68405-1-Ig (same clone as 68405-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 HEK-293 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug GATC Monoclonal antibody (68405-1-Ig, Clone:2F9C8) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1)(red), or 0.25 ug Mouse IgG2b isotype control Mouse McAb (66360-3-Ig, Clone: 11B8C4) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68405-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

GATC encodes a subunit of the glutamyl-tRNA(Gln) amidotransferase protein complex (GatCAB), which plays a role in aminoacylation of mitochondrial glutaminyl mt-tRNA. The complex plays an role in mitochondrial translation and protein synthesis (PubMed: 30283131).
