  Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) were cultured unstimulated or stimulated with 1 μg/mL CD3 for 4 days. The mean IL-17F concentration was determined to be 116.4 pg/mL in unstimulated PBMC supernatant, 8,590.8 pg/mL in stimulated PBMC supernatant.

  Plasma of six individual healthy human donors was measured. The IL-17F concentration of detected samples was determined to be 17.4 pg/mL with a range of ND-47.1 pg/mL.
