• 

  WB analysis of HeLa using 22272-1-AP

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 22272-1-AP (MDC1 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis using 22272-1-AP

  Total HEK-293 cells and HEK-293 nuclear extract lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 22272-1-AP (MDC1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
