  WB analysis of human kidney using 14547-1-AP (same clone as 14547-1-PBS)

  human kidney tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14547-1-AP (MSRA antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 14547-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Methionine sulfoxide reductase A(MSRA), is a ubiquitous and highly conserved protein that carries out the enzymatic reduction of methionine sulfoxide to methionine.MSRA has some isoforms with MW of 19~26 kDa.
