  K-562 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 55202-1-AP (OXER1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 55202-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 55202-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

OXER1, also named as GPR170 and TG1019, is a receptor for eicosanoids and polyunsaturated fatty acids such as 5-oxo-6E,8Z,11Z,14Z-eicosatetraenoic acid (5-OXO-ETE), 5(S)-hydroperoxy-6E,8Z,11Z,14Z-eicosatetraenoic acid (5(S)-HPETE) and arachidonic acid. It seems to be coupled to the G(i)/G(o), families of heteromeric G proteins. (PMID:12065583) This antibody is specific to OXER1.
