  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 86075-1-RR (PCNP antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86075-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon tissue slide using 86075-1-RR (PCNP antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86075-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86075-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 86075-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 86075-1-RR against Human PCNP were performed. The affinity constant is 1.41 nM.

Background Information

PEST-containing nuclear protein (PCNP), characterized by a PEST motif rich in proline (P), glutamic acid (E), serine (S), and threonine (T), is firstly identified by database mining. The PCNP protein with the PEST motif is highly subjected to ubiquitination.
