  1x10^6 Jurkat cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug RNF126 Monoclonal antibody (66647-1-Ig, Clone:1E1B10) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1)(red), or 0.25 ug Mouse IgG1 isotype control Mouse McAb (66360-1-Ig, Clone: 1F8D3) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

RNF126, also named as E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase RNF126, is a 326 amino acid protein, which is highly expressed in liver and testis. RNF126 (RING finger protein 126) contains one RING-type zinc finger domain and is known to interact with TRAF6 (a ubiquitin ligase) and BAT3 (an apoptotic regulator).
