  SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid Phosphoprotein with the domain 1-419aa expressed in HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28769-1-AP (2019-nCOV nucleocapsid phosphoprotein antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 28769-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid Phosphoprotein Antibody (28769-1-AP) tested by ELISA.SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid Phosphoprotein was coated onto microtiter plates at 0.15 µg/well and then incubated with a dilution series of SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid Phosphoprotein Antibody (28769-1-AP). Bound antibodies were detected with HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit IgG followed by incubation with HRP Substrate and then measuring the resulting absorbance at 450 nm. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 28769-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

The nucleocapsid (N) protein has multiple functions including formation of nucleocapsids, signal transduction virus budding, RNA replication, and mRNA transcription.
