  WB analysis of Jurkat using 24705-1-AP (same clone as 24705-1-PBS)

  Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24705-1-AP (SFRS8 Antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 24705-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

SFRS8, also named as SFSWAP and SWAP, is splicing regulator. It regulates the splicing of fibronectin and CD45 genes. SFRS8 represses the splicing of MAPT/Tau exon 10. This antibody detects 130-150 kDa SFRS8 protein.
