  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 87628-1-RR (ST5 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 87628-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 87628-1-RR against Human ST5 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.371 nM.

Background Information

ST5, also known as DEN2B (DENN domain-containing protein 2B), has three isoforms with molecular weights of 126 kDa, 82 kDa, and 70 kDa, respectively. The mainstream molecular weight is 126kd. ST5 is widely expressed except in peripheral blood lymphocytes. Isoform 1 is expressed in several epithelial cells and fibroblasts (including tumorigenic cells), but not in lymphoid cell lines (at the protein level).
