  WB analysis using 23966-1-AP

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 23966-1-AP (STRN3 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of mouse stomach using 23966-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse stomach tissue slide using 23966-1-AP (STRN3 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).
