  LNCaP cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67773-1-Ig (TMEM74 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Background Information

Transmembrane protein 74 (TMEM74), plays an essential role in autophagy during cell starvation and other stress conditions. TMEM74 is localized to the lysosome and autophagosome.
