  FC experiment of Transfected CHO using 98582-1-RR (same clone as 98582-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 TNFSF12 Transfected CHO were stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human TNFSF12 Rabbit RecAb (98582-1-RR, Clone:250734G8) , or 1x10^6 CHO were stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human TNFSF12 Rabbit RecAb (98582-1-RR, Clone:250734G8) ,and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L),. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98582-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98582-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity of 98582-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98582-1-RR against Human TNFSF12 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Background Information

TNFSF12, also known as TWEAK (TNF-like weak inducer of apoptosis), is a member of the tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily. It functions as a cytokine by binding to its primary receptor, Fn14 (TNFRSF12A), and plays diverse roles in immune regulation, angiogenesis, tissue repair, and inflammation (PMID: 39905000). TNFSF12 is upregulated in multiple solid tumors and promotes cancer cell proliferation, invasion, migration, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) (PMID: 28639899).
