  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 22381-1-AP (TTI1 antibody at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 22381-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Telomere maintenance 2-interacting protein 1 (TTI1), also known as KIAA0406 or SMG10, is one of the members of the conserved Triple T (TTT) complex, which is composed of telo a regulator of DNA damage and repair. TTI1 is expressed in numerous organisms and is assumed to play a central role in regulating a wide spectrum of DNA damage responses, telomere maintenance, and checkpoint signaling (PMID: 20427287). Knockdown of Tti1 suppresses phosphorylation of both mTORC1 substrates (S6K1 and 4E-BP1) and an mTORC2 substrate (Akt) (PMID: 40514657)
