• 

  WB analysis using 24382-1-AP

  human peripheral blood leukocytes were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24382-1-AP (VSTM1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of HL-60 using 24382-1-AP

  HL-60 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24382-1-AP (VSTM1 Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human tonsillitis using 24382-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsillitis tissue slide using 24382-1-AP (VSTM1 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  FC experiment of HL-60 using 24382-1-AP

  1X10^6 HL-60 cells were stained with 0.2ug VSTM1 antibody (24382-1-AP, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 4% PFA blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1500.

Recommended dilution

Background Information

VSTM1 (V-set and transmembrane domain-containing protein 1) has two main splicing isoform, VSTM1-v1 and VSTM1-v2. VSTM1-v1 is a type I membrane molecule, mainly expressed on human peripheral blood granulocytes and monocytes. VSTM1-v2 is a classical secretory glycoprotein mainly expressed in immune tissues, and can promote the differentiation and activation of Th17 cells. (PMID: 22960280; 23909423)
