  WB analysis using 28579-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28579-1-AP (CDA antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using 28579-1-AP

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human CDA (28579-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.4 ug Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (30000-0-AP, Clone: ) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

• Positive WB detected in: HeLa cells, HepG2 cells

Recommended dilution

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:1000-1:4000
• Flow Cytometry (FC): FC : 0.40 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
