Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85162-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 85162-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 85162-4-RR against Human CDS2 were performed. The affinity constant is 3.07 nM.
