  WB analysis of SH-SY5Y using 22192-1-AP (same clone as 22192-1-PBS)

  SH-SY5Y cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 22192-1-AP (CHRNB4 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 22192-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  1x10^6 SH-SY5Y cells were surface stained with 0.4 ug CHRNB4 Polyclonal antibody (22192-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.4 ug Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (30000-0-AP) (blue). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 22192-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
