  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 98741-1-MR (same clone as 98741-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Mouse IgG1, λ isotype control RecAb (98741-1-MR, Clone:253505A1) (red in histogram) and PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, or 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD4 (RPA-T4) (65143-1-Ig, Clone: RPA-T4) (green in histogram), or unstained cells (blue in histogram). Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98741-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of rat splenocytes using 98741-1-MR (same clone as 98741-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 rat splenocytes were surface stained with 0.25 ug Mouse IgG1, λ isotype control RecAb (98741-1-MR, Clone:253505A1) (red in histogram) and PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, or 0.25 ug Anti-Rat CD45 (OX1) (65228-1-Ig, Clone: OX1) (green in histogram), or unstained cells (blue in histogram). Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98741-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
