  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using Pericentrin antibody (60919-1-Ig, Clone: 1G6F11 ) at dilution of 1:4000 and CoraLite®594-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-3). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 60919-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of Hela using 60919-1-Ig (same clone as 60919-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 Hela cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 μg Pericentrin Monoclonal antibody (60919-1-Ig, Clone:1G6F11) and Multi-rAb CoraLite® Plus 647-Goat Anti-Mouse Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L)(RGAM005)(N/A), or 0.2 μg Mouse IgM Isotype Control (65243-1-Ig, Clone: MOPC-104E) (N/A). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA . This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 60919-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
